Full-Time Gardener

Olymp Villas, a prestigious collection of luxury beachfront properties in Paphos, Cyprus, is seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our team. Our villas are renowned for their UNESCO-accredited sunsets and moonsets, expansive living spaces, and commitment to eco-friendly luxury. We aim to maintain our beautifully landscaped gardens that blend seamlessly into the coastal landscape, enhancing the natural beauty of our surroundings and providing our guests with a rejuvenating escape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular maintenance of garden areas, including watering, pruning, weeding, and planting.
• Implementing and maintaining sustainable gardening practices.
• Landscape design and installation of new garden features.
• Care for existing plant life and propose enhancements to promote biodiversity.
• Collaboration with the villa management to ensure the garden’s design and maintenance align with the overall aesthetic and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of plants, gardening techniques, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
