international ranking considered destinations according to their <strong>visual impact, variety, accessibility and photographic composition opportunities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Paphos claimed the number-one position thanks in particular to its dramatic Mediterranean scenery and western coastline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Facing towards the open sea, the Paphos coast offers an extraordinary natural stage for the final light of the day. As the sun approaches the horizon, the landscape can change completely within minutes \u2014 from bright Mediterranean sunshine to warm golden tones and, finally, the deeper colours that appear after
